OLIGARCH activity

OLIGARCH designs, engineers, manufactures and supplies limited-production body programmes, carbon-fibre aerodynamic components and bespoke aesthetic solutions for premium and high-performance automobiles. Depending on the commission, we may also coordinate installation, finishing, logistics and specialist services through approved partners.

Vehicle names and manufacturer trademarks are used solely to identify compatibility. Unless expressly stated, OLIGARCH is independent of the original vehicle manufacturers.

Access requests, quotations and contracts

Submitting a private-access form, enquiry or configuration request does not create an order or oblige OLIGARCH to accept a commission. Availability is limited and may be subject to approval, technical feasibility and allocation.

A binding contract is formed only when OLIGARCH issues a written order confirmation or commercial proposal, the client accepts its specifications and terms, and any required deposit or payment is received. The confirmed proposal, technical specification and invoice form part of the contract.

Prices and payment

Prices are communicated in the relevant quotation and may be stated in RON, EUR or another agreed currency. VAT, transport, installation, homologation, duties and other charges are included only when expressly stated.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, card where available, or another method confirmed in writing. Bespoke commissions may require a non-refundable design or production deposit and staged payments tied to agreed milestones.

Production, delivery and installation

Most OLIGARCH products are made to order. Production and delivery periods are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Lead times may be affected by design approval, material availability, specialist production, transport, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

Carbon-fibre and handcrafted components may present minor variations in weave, finish or surface character that are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects. Installation must be performed by OLIGARCH or a qualified specialist approved for the relevant vehicle and component.

Withdrawal, cancellations and returns

Consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance contracts under Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. This right is subject to statutory conditions and exceptions.

Products manufactured to the client’s specifications, clearly personalised products and bespoke commissions may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Once design, engineering or production has begun following the client’s approval, cancellation may also be subject to the costs already incurred and the terms of the accepted quotation.

Any return of an eligible standard product requires prior written confirmation. The product must be unused, complete and protected in its original condition. Unless the law provides otherwise, return transport and adequate insurance are the client’s responsibility.

Warranty and conformity

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and any additional written warranty supplied with the commission. Warranty coverage does not extend to incorrect installation, accident damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, normal wear, motorsport use or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.

Claims should be submitted promptly to contact@oligarch.eu with the order details, vehicle information, photographs and a clear description of the issue.

Vehicle compatibility and road use

The client is responsible for confirming local registration, homologation, road-use, insurance and inspection requirements unless OLIGARCH has expressly undertaken that service in writing. Certain components may be intended for display, export or off-road use only in specific jurisdictions.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and consent choices is available in our Cookie Policy.

Intellectual property

OLIGARCH designs and engineering data, photographs, texts, logos, configurations and other website content are owned by or licensed to EXPERTMILL SRL and are protected by intellectual-property law. No content may be copied, manufactured, reverse engineered, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXPERTMILL SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, delays outside our reasonable control, incorrect third-party installation or use contrary to technical instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Where no settlement is reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent Romanian courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
